Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing settings in your workspace. Changes are prorated and managed through Stripe.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start, and the trial auto-converts to Starter only when you add payment.
What happens if I outgrow my plan's limits?
Plans are sized by users and vendors. When you approach a limit, upgrade in a click — Starter (25 vendors) → Growth (100) → Scale (500) → Enterprise (unlimited).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards via Stripe. Annual and invoiced billing are available on request for Scale and Enterprise plans.
Is my data secure with Altisium?
